How long does a felony stay on your record?

My friend? howard Rigler just called me this morning from a jail payphone saying he has nothing to lose and he is coming after me. I called the police and was told they cannot do anything unless he threatens me again. I called his ex-wife and let her know that he threatened her too. She already has a restraining order against him. I will have to get one too. Those payphones should be monitored for violent threats. He said his being in jail was all my fault!!!

Hoping he goes away and gets a life.
